MatchLogic Expansion Mode Nets 62,000-SF Project Plus Option for 158-Acre Church Ranch

WESTMINSTER, CO-Developer Etkin Johnson Co.’s latest tenant to ink a deal in its Church Ranch Development in Westminster, along the Denver-Boulder corridor, is MatchLogic.

MatchLogic, a subsidiary of Excite@Home, has expanded its global headquarters into a 62,000-sf new building at 7237 Church Ranch Blvd. The company, which has grown to 300 employees from 195 during the past year, will occupy the building in phases.

The company also has an option to lease a new 75,000-sf building next door that has yet to be built, Brian Smith, director of acquisitions for Etkin Johnson, told GlobeSt.com.The Etkin Johnson Group owns more than four million sf in the metro area. MatchLogic’s clients include more than 500 customers, including AT&T.

When completed, the 158-acre Church Ranch will include more than 800,000 sf of office space and 445 hotel rooms.
