Local Coldwell Banker Group on Hospitality Team

TRAVERSE CITY, MI – The Traverse City branch of Coldwell Banker Commercial-Schmidt Realtors is a founding team member of a new nationwide hospitality group, which will provide hospitality brokerage services to the lodging industry. Hospitality Group team members have been selected from Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliates to service assignments in the U.S., Mexico, the Caribbean and Europe.

The company created the Hospitality Brokerage Group as a division dedicated to servicing lodging industry real estate needs and to meet the growing number of assignments referred from Corporate Services. Services include: acquisition and disposition services for hotel, motel and resort properties; site selection; project coordination; and marketing and repositioning strategies.

The program is designed to provide clients a single contact person, local representation, national exposure and team support. The specialists design marketing strategies for the project assignment to meet the clients needs and to ultimately obtain the best value for the client.
