Marshall Named to Top Post at Regional Office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler

WESTPORT, CT-Norwalk resident Jay Marshall, has been named senior managing director of the Westport office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP. Marshall, who specializes in financing commercial retail and office transactions, was with Fowler Goedecke Ellis & O’Connor when the company merged with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler in January 1998. He has a total of 11-years experience in the New York metropolitan area commercial real estate market.

“My immediate focus, along with the Hartford, CT, New York City and Saddle Brook, NJ, offices, will be to position Holliday Fenoglio Fowler as the dominant mortgage banking firm in the Connecticut and greater metropolitan New York market,” Marshall says. “We will also be working with selected clients on a national scale. In order to best serve our clientele, the Westport office has expanded both its production and support staff and has recently moved into new office space.”

The mortgage production staff here includes Alvin J. Epstein, who will continue as managing director, Senior Director Mark Fisher and Directors Don King and Tim Breda.
