LOS ANGELES-Herbalife, the international company that markets weight-management, nutritional and personal care products, has signed a renewal lease for an 82,471-sf mixed-use facility in Carson. The five-year lease is valued at approximately $3 million.

The facility is located at 930 E. 23rd St. The building has a flexible design, which allows Herbalife to use it for both office and warehouse needs, according to a company spokesperson.

Steve Marcussen of Cushman Realty represented Herbalife. The landlord, Watson Land Co., was represented in-house.

“Watson Land Co. has proven to be a topflight landlord providing professional and efficient property management and high quality facilities,” says Conrad Klein, executive vice president of Herbalife.

Herbalife, which is headquartered at 1800 Century Park East in Los Angeles, has locations in North America, South America, Asia, the Pacific Rim, Europe and Africa. The company markets a wide range of products for weight loss, nutrition and general health, and skin and hair care.
