RIVER GROVE, IL-Bazaar Inc. didn’t have to look very far to meet its space needs. The buyer and distributor of merchandise closeouts has leased 85,457 sf at 1810 N. 5th Ave. in this west suburb of Chicago.

The company already has a 295,000-sf warehouse at 1900 N. 5th Ave. but needed space to expand.

“We’re moving a business we have in 30,000 sf in (nearby) Bellwood in that building,” controller Errol Kroner tells GlobeSt.com. “It’s a matter of convenience for us. It’s a great place. You can get to the airport in five, 10 minutes.”

Keith Puritz and Brett Kroner of Cushman & Wakefield’s Rosemont office were sole brokers in the lease deal between Bazaar Inc. and building owner Suburban Financial Management.
