RICHMOND, CA-The Employment and Human Services Department of Contra Costa County will move into a new 60,000 sf space here early next year. The approximate $13 million, 10-year lease is reported to be the largest of the year in the area.

The new facility will consolidate five offices scattered throughout West Contra Costa County and will serve primarily as office space for client services employees who work mainly in the field. The site is located at 1275 Hall Ave. and DVK Realty Ventures, Inc. is the landlord.
