GENOA TOWNSHIP, MI-Jacob Properties and BRIVAR Construction Co. are jointly developing a 55,000-sf technical center here for lease to Uni Boring Company Inc. The site is in the Brighton Pines Industrial Center located off Dorr Road north of 1-96.

Other companies in the industrial center, which was developed by BRIVAR, include Zimmerman Masonry, Design Comfort and PRP Industries.

Included in the $5-million development is an extension of water and sewer to the site.

Steven Varilone, president of BRIVAR, has targeted Jan. 31 as the completion date.

BRIVAR is an industrial and commercial general contractor in Livingston and Oakland County. Jacob Properties is the developer of both the Orion Business Park and GreenOak Business Park.
