DENVER-Advantage Wireless, one of the fastest growing companies in the Denver area, signed a five-year lease for 31,759 sf at the Century Park project at 7101 S. Fulton St. The company acts as an intermediary between wireless carriers and wireless dealers and expects more than $77 million in revenues this year.

The company is growing so fast that is it more than doubling its space at a time when many other telecommunications companies are trying to sublease space they don’t need. Advantage Wireless currently leases 12,000 sf at 1388 S. Valentia St.

David Fried and Matthew DeBartolomeis of First Industrial represented Advantage Wireless in its expansion. Mike Wafer of Grubb & Ellis represented the property’s owner, 104th Place LLC.
