ALISO VIEJO, CA-Aliso Viejo Town Center Corporate Park has landed a new tenant, as a sterilization systems provider has inked a $1.97 million lease for office space at the complex.

According to the terms of the 10-year lease, the tenant will occupy 9,983 sf. The tenant, Mentor, OH-based Steris Corp., will use the space to house its West Coast offices, as well as a showroom to display its line of medical products and equipment. Steris will join tenants that include Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., Equity Residential Properties, Johnny Rockets Restaurants and High Tower Software.

The $50 million, 12-acre Aliso Viejo Town Center Corporate Park is located at 26800 Laguna Hills Dr. Encompassing 198,000 sf of flex-tech office space, its five buildings range in size from 34,000 sf to 53,000 sf.

Steris was represented by Dave Desper of CB Richard Ellis’ Newport Beach office. The landlord, Shea Properties, was represented by Doug Mathews of Grubb & Ellis’ Newport Beach office.
