CAMDEN, NJ-The South Jersey industrial market just opened up to the tune of 415,000 sf of space in four different locations. The largest single block is the 290,000-sf Campbell Soup warehouse here, currently vacant and on the market for sale. Cushman & Wakefield of Philadelphia is representing the owner of the property, with the firm’s J. Francis Mahoney and Christopher Kutzler heading the effort.

C&W has the exclusive for the other three properties as well. In the case of the 60,000-sf 200 Commodore Dr. in Bridgeport, NJ, C&W is subleasing the space for FisherScientific.

As far as the 35,000-sf 1927 Nolte Dr. in Paulsboro, NJ, meanwhile, Nalco Chemical wants to sell the property. Set on 14 acres, the facility is built out for manufacturing or warehouse use. And C&W is representing Ohmite Corp. in the sale of 605 Perkins Lane in Delanco, a 30,000-sf manufacturing/warehouse building.
