Schwieters Develops 3rd Phase in Bald Eagle

EAGAN, MN-Schwieters Properties is starting development of the third phase of its Bald Eagle Industrial Park. Construction is slated to start on a 45,000-sf industrial building, the third to be developed bySchwieters on a 4.5-acre corporate campus within the park.

Leasing will begin on the office/warehouse and manufacturing space. When completed later this year, it will mark the creation of $6 million in new development in the park. The second phase of the parkwas recently completed — a 45,000-sf multi-tenant facility that includes the millwork fabrication and prefinish operations and offices of Painting Perfection Ltd.

The developers believe the site has good access from both Interstate 35E and Minnesota Highway 61, and is convenient for workers who live inthe north suburbs, says Joel Schwieters, a co-developer of the project.
