AUSTIN-A legal consulting firm has taken space in a Bee Caves Road office center formerly occupied by Bausch & Lomb Inc.

Advocates Advantage subleased 1,152 sf at the Schoolyard, located at 4201 Bee Cave Rd., in the city’s southwest submarket. Mike Kennedy and Kathy Carr of Commercial Texas LLC represented Bausch & Lomb and Chris Oddo of Kennedy-Wilson’s Austin office negotiated Advocates Advantage.

A new company, Advocates Advantage provides marketing consulting services to law firms in the United States, Canada and Europe, founder Jim Cochran tells The firms is targeting law firms with Global 1000 companies as target clients. It also provides staffing services to law firms seeking marketing directors and chief marketing officers. It has three employees.

The Schoolyard is one of several office centers near the intersection of Bee Cave Road and Westlake Drive. Tenants include professional offices.
