IRVINE, CA-Todd Boureston Development, Inc. based in Costa Mesa has sold a 49,000 sf medical office building to a private investor based in Northern California in a transaction valued at $12.65 million.

Developed by the seller in 2000, the property is known as the Sand Canyon Medical Building. Located at 16100 Sand Canyon Ave., the three-story structure was 100% leased at the time of sale.

Ruby Simpson, CCIM with Grubb & Ellis’ Ontario office, and Tom Stroud, SIOR and CCIM with Collins Commercial Irvine office represented the buyer, who plans to hold the asset as a leased investment. The seller was represented in the transaction by Mark Larson of CB Richard Ellis’ Newport Beach office.
