ST. PAUL, MN-The College of St. Scholastica recently opened a campus in Downtown, and has plans to expand soon. The Duluth-based Catholic college leases about 6,000 sf at 340 Cedar St., formerly the site of the St. Paul Athletic Club.

The lease is being reviewed for extension because the school plan to expand this fall on the first floor with an addition of an office and conference room at the building owned by St. Paul real estate developer and investor John Rupp, says John Kupris, an official with the college.

The college offers three undergraduate degrees in an accelerated evening degree program targeted to working adults, and plans to open accelerated graduate degree program inmanagement this fall.
