Eye-Care Center, Cingular Seal Leases

SAN DIEGO-Southwest Eyecare Center Inc. will open an outpatient surgery center at Pacific Tower, located at 10145 Pacific Heights Blvd. in San Diego. The five-year lease for 12,700 sf of medical office space is valued at more than $1.7 million.

The eye-care center will move in Aug. 1. Senior vice president Patrick Rohan and associate Chris Powers, both of Burnham Real Estate Services ONCOR International, represented the tenant. Meanwhile, senior vice presidents Jay Arnett and Lynn LaChapelle, also of Burnham, acted on behalf of building owner, Pacific Sorrento Holdings.

In another Burnham-negotiated pact, Cingular Wireless has inked a 10-year lease, valued at $514,000, for 1,400 sf of retail space in the Home Depot Center. Move in is set for the fourth quarter.

The Home Depot Center is located at the northeast corner of Knoll Road and San Marcos Boulevard in San Marcos. Burnham’s John Jennings handled the transaction for the tenant and building owner, Western States Development.
