DENVER-The Denver office of NorthMarq Capital arranged permanent financing for a little more than $8.8 million for the Sprint Spectrum Call Center in Albuquerque.

The one story, 95,000-sf building is home to Sprint PCS’ regional operations. The financing was arranged on behalf of borrower, Call LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of W.P. Carey & Co. LLC. Steve Bye, executive vice president and senior managing director of NorthMarq’s Denver office, arranged the financing.

NorthMarq is a national real estate investment banker providing financing for commercial real estate including office, retail, industrial, multi-family and assisted living development. NorthMarq , headquartered in Minneapolis, services a portfolio of $9.6 billion on behalf of 50 institutional investors.
