SCOTTSDALE, AZ-A Beverly Hills investor has purchased the Village Inn, a franchise restaurant in north Scottsdale in a $1.2-million deal. The seller is CNL Restaurant Property Services Inc., which owns a number of Valley eateries.

David Guido of Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office represented the buyer, Leon Schneider of Beverly Hills while Chris Kostanecki and Chris Rea, also from Marcus & Millichap, acted on the seller’s behalf. The Village Inn is situated at 17030 N. Scottsdale Rd. on the northwest corner of Scottsdale Road and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard in north Scottsdale. It is near the Tournament Players Club Golf Course and Princess Resort, one of the largest resorts in the Valley.
