DETROIT-Elwell Parker LTD has sold a 16,400-sf industrial building located a half-mile east of I-275 and west of Route 5 on Freeway Park Drive in Farmington Hills to K-Omega Ontario for $600,000. A Grubb and Ellis team of Randall Allman, who negotiated the sale, along with David Giltner, Jon Savoy and Scott Lyons of the Industrial Services Group, represented both parties.

The firm also represented Westland Control Systems in leasing 37,696-sf of industrial space at a new speculative building in Westland. That facility is located a mile east of I-275 on Webb Drive. Larry Emmons, senior vice president at G&E, represented the tenant. Kim Whelan of AmeriTrust Realty negotiated for the owner.
