WASHINGTON, DC-Kaempfer Co. has completed the construction of the Investment Building, a 380,000-sf office building that has retained the historic facade of a 1924 building by the same name that preceded it.

The Investment Building, at 15th and K Streets, is 88% leased. In a statement, the developer said it will relocate its offices to the building, and other tenants include anchor Sidley, Austin, Brown & Wood, a law firm, which moved in on Monday; Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP, another a law firm; UBS PaineWebber Inc., a financial services firm; and Tribune Co., a media corporation.

Kaempfer says PMI will operate the building’s parking garage. Of the remaining available space, 38,000 sf is office space and 7,700 sf is retail space.
