Mack-Cali Signs 153,000 SF in Leases in South Jersey

CRANFORD, NJ-Mack-Cali Realty Corp., based here, recently signed and re-signed tenants to more then 153,000 sf of space at various company properties in the southern part of New Jersey, including the Greater Philadelphia market. The roster of signees includes both office and office/flex space users.

In the largest of the recent deals, Weiler Labeling Systems, a maker of labeling equipment, signed a new lease for just under 32,000 sf for five years at Moorestown West Corporate Center in Moorestown. The lease is at 1256 North Church St., a 63,495-sf office/flex building. Jerry Zimmer of Insignia/ESG represented the tenant.

Also, Health Link, a provider of health and wellness publications for members of managed care plans, took 20,000 sf at 1245 North Church St. at Moorestown West. The lease represents a 15,000-sf renewal for three years and a 5,000-sf expansion for five years. The property is a 52,810-sf office/flex building that is 100% leased.

Across the river in Berwyn, PA, Mack-Cali signed Zarix Inc., a pharmaceutical company, to just under 21,000 sf at its Westlakes Office Park. Zarix is expanding and relocating its headquarters from its current 9,110-sf space elsewhere in Westlakes Office Park, a 444,000-sf class-A complex.
