FARMINGTON HILLS, MI-The Lutz Capital Corp. has arranged an $11-million loan for the acquisition of a 60,000-sf, single-tenant office building and a 41,000-sf single-tenant flex building. New King LLC and Anchor Court LLC, respectively, obtained the financing provided by LaSalle Bank of Chicago.

Lutz also arranged $1.9 million in refinancing for a 30,000-sf CVS-anchored retail strip center in Milvindale, MI. The borrower is SLB Limited Partnership and the lender is Republic Bank of Ann Arbor.

The loans also include $2 million in financing of a new free-standing, 15-year lease with Staples Inc. in Osage Beach, MO. The borrower was JCRE LLC, and the lender was Key Commercial Mortgage of Chicago.

Lutz is a mortgage banking firm representing life insurance companies, conduits and banks in Michigan.
