DENVER-An investment group called GPA Tower LLC has paid $4.97 million for the 63,900-sf Turnpike Tower office building at a prominent location at the gateway to the US 36 corridor. The building is at 7474 Dakin St., just off the intersection of Pecos Street and US 36, just west of Interstate 24.
