SANTA ANA-A Santa Ana retail complex has been sold for $3.3 million. It is the second retail transaction to occur here in the past two weeks.

The property, which encompasses 20,381 sf, is an auto retail center. Its major tenants are Jiffy Lube and Bridgestone Tires. The complex is located at 2005-2025 Tustin Ave.

The seller, Frye Family Partnership, was represented by Pat Kent and Nick Coo of Faris Lee Investments. The buyer, T & N Tustin Investments Inc., was represented by David Shiokori of D & D Capital.

The sale follows on the heels of another Santa Ana retail transaction, which involved the sale of a 20,896-sf building. The retail property was acquired for $1 million by Nader Trading Co., as reported by Located at 1900 E. 17th St., it was sold by Mike Malley and Azeez Malley.
