ANAHEIM, CA-A 31,411-sf Anaheim retail complex has been scooped up by private investors. The buyers, Chris and Dia Andrews, have paid nearly $5 million for the property. It is located at 1711-1731 W. Katella Ave.

Chris and Dia Andrews were represented by Darell McKibban of Lee & Associates and Steve Cooper of Uptown Real Estate. The seller, Independent Development Co., was represented by Rich Walter and David Lee of Faris Lee Investments.

The transaction follows the recent sale of a retail complex in Santa Ana. The property was sold to T & N Tustin Investments Inc. for $3.3 million, as reported by Globest.com. An auto retail center, the property’s major tenants are Jiffy Lube and Bridgestone Tires. The complex, which encompasses 20,381 sf, is located at 2005-2025 Tustin Ave. It was sold by the Frye Family Partnership.
