HOUSTON-New York City-based BISYS Inc. has renewed a 46,798-sf office lease at 11 Greenway Plaza in the Greenway submarket of Houston.

BISYS is a single-source integrator of banking, investment and insurance outsourcing solutions to the financial industry. It has 15,000 domestic and international clients.

Bob Boykin, vice president of leasing and marketing for Forth Worth-based Crescent Real Estate Equities Ltd., and Barbara Richey of Senterra Real Estate represented building owner, Crescent Real Estate Funding III LP. Derrell Curry and Mark O’Donnell, both of CB Richard Ellis Inc. in Houston, negotiated the pact for the tenant.

The 30-story 11 Greenway Plaza is a 731,216-sf office tower located five miles southwest of Houston’s CBD. In all, Crescent owns 10 office towers in the Greenway Plaza-Richmond Buffalo Speedway area. The buildings are located on a 65-acre, master-planned, mixed-use development, with an aggregate 4.3 million sf.
