BASKING RIDGE, NJ-United Healthcare has put 60,030 sf of space on the market at Basking Ridge Corporate Center. The corporate campus includes some 202,000 sf of class A office space in two connected buildings. The site is located near a four-way interchange of I-287 in this Somerset County community.

The Chatham, NJ office of Trammell Crow Co. has the assignment. Senior vice president James Postell and vice presidents Richard Van Houten, Jr. and Kenneth G. Flynn are marketing the space, which is “being offered at rents significantly below market rates,” according to Van Houten.

“The space is a good opportunity for a company looking to lock in low occupancy costs for an extended period of time, as the sublease runs through November 30, 2012,” according to Van Houten. The space is also divisible to units of just under 13,400 sf.
