Modell's Joins Woodbridge Crossing Tenant Roster

WOODBRIDGE, NJ-Modell’s, a top sporting goods retailer in the tri-state area, has joined the tenant roster at Forest City Ratner’s Woodbridge Crossing shopping complex. The national tenant list at the complex, currently under construction on Route 1 in this Middlesex County community, includes The Great Indoors, Circuit City, Linens N Things, among others.

The transaction was arranged by Jeff Lagowitz, managing director at Robert K. Futterman & Associates, a New York City-based real estate brokerage firm that specializes in retail real estate. RKF & Associates has represented about 15% of the tenants at Woodbridge Crossing.

“With a cross-section of major national retailers, Woodbridge Crossing will provide Modell’s with a terrific venue,” according to Lagowitz. “It will also allow Modell’s to expand its presence in the northern and central part of New Jersey.”
