ST. PAUL, MN-The Greater St. Paul Building Owners and Managers Association recently elected its top officers. Guy LaBarre of Minnesota Street Associates, which manages several major buildings in downtown St. Paul, will be chairman.

George Fremder of Minnesota Life, the St. Paul-based life insurance company that is also one of the major landlords in Downtown St. Paul, will be vice chairman. Gary Lindstrom of Frauenshuh Cos., a Minneapolis-based developer that is a major property owner and developer in Downtown St. Paul; will be secretary/treasurer.

Damon Noga of Standard Parking, which manages several parking ramps in Downtown St. Paul, was added to the St. Paul BOMA board this year as well.
