PM Takes Over Management of Two-Tower Office Complex

SAN DIEGO-WCB Properties Inc. has awarded PM Realty Group the management contract for the recently completed Sorrento South Corporate Center, a 275,000-sf office project in Sorrento Mesa.

PM Realty already manages more than 600,000 sf of office space in San Diego on behalf of the WCB. The Sorrento South project, at 9276 and 9330 Scranton Rd., includes two six-story office towers. Major tenants include Altera and GlobeSpan. Terms of the management contract weren’t immediately available.

Jim Proehl, senior vice president and director of PM Realty Group’s western division, will direct the management team, which includes vice president Peter Italiano, regional manager Peter Tietz and GM Bruce Clow. Proehl says the new assignment “validates our strong management capability” in San Diego County. It also enables PM to gain entry into the newly built South Sorrento Corporate Center.
