Aggregate 14,918 SF Close in Houston Leases

HOUSTON-A combined 14,918 sf gets spoken for in four pacts, the bulk of which are new office tenants for building owners, Northwest Building Ltd. and Simi Investment Co.

T3 Energy Services is taking 7,217 sf at 1311 NW Freeway, owned by Northwest Building Ltd. Michael J. Taetz, Charles H. Herder and Parker Johnson, all of Colliers International’s Houston office, represented the tenant. Louis Rosenthal of Jones Lang LaSalle handled talks for the building owner.

Dr. William S. Banks has signed for 2,969 sf and Dr. Gerald J. Busch, 2,146 sf, at 2424 W. Holcombe office building. Peggy Meredith of Colliers International represented the building owner, Simi Investment Co. Andrew Baker of Sugarland Properties acted on Banks’ behalf and Ellis Antone represented Busch.

In an industrial lease, Your Laboratory LP has leased 2,586 sf at Commerce Center Southwest at 9000 SW Freeway. Ace Schlameus and Jay Kyle, both of Grubb & Ellis’ Houston office, represented the tenant. Ross Matthews of the Houston office of Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co. acted for the building owner, American Industrial Properties REIT.
