LIVERMORE-The Tri-Valley has seen its largest deal this year, as CCI Triad signed a 10-year lease at Livermore Vineyard Business Park valued at $17 million.

CCI Triad took 78,867 sf at the 2-building, 104,000-sf business facility, which is located at 7633 and 7683 Southfront.

Bob Vance of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the building owner, Vineyard Management Co., in the deal, while CCI Triad was represented by the Staubach Company. Robert Russell of Jones Lang LaSalle handled the development of the property, which was completed in September 1998.

“CCI Triad has been in Livermore for 15 years, and it was important to the company to stay here for the benefit of its employee base,” says Vance. “This new complex provides a unique alternative as it is the only true office facility in East Livermore, a largely industrial region. With the signing of this lease, we have helped to ensure that Livermore will remain the company’s home for the next 10 years.”

CCI Triad will move into the property on January of next year.
