LONDON-Asda Property Holdings, Manny Davidson’s office and retail development company which was taken private earlier this year, has pre-let 32,000 sf in its 110,000-sf office refurbishment at 11 Bonhill Street EC2, on the northern fringe of the City of London.

The basement and ground floors have been to 186K, a subsidiary of gas distribution group Lattice, on a 25 year lease at a rent of £32.50 per sf ($46.50) for the ground floor and £17.50 ($25) per sf for the basement.

Asda is now refurbishing and extending the four-storey to provide a total of 110,000 sf. Approximately 47,000 sf will be available to let from early 2002 through Insignia Richard Ellis. 186K was advised by DTZ Debenham Tie Leung.
