HERNDON, VA-The Northern Virginia office of Grubb & Ellis has completed two lease renewal transactions recently. The Smith Company renewed a 22,872-sf office lease at Renaissance Park at Dulles. The property is 13870-13874 Park Center Road in Herndon. The building is owned by the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio. Keith Summers, a senior associate with Grubb & Ellis represented The Smith Company on the renewal.

At the same time, Grubb & Ellis negotiated the renewal of a lease for Oce-USA Inc. at Courthouse Plaza, located at 2300 Clarendon Blvd., Arlington, VA. Oce-USA’s renewal lease was for 14,393 sf. Erik McLaughlin and Eric Berlin of Grubb & Ellis represented Oce-USA in the transaction. Oce-USA, a digital technology company, is part of Oce NV’s global network of companies.
