RIVERSIDE, CA-A private partnership has paid $4.9 million for a 105,000-sf office complex here in the Inland Empire.

The development is known as Hunter Business Park. It stands at 1110-1120 Palmyrita Ave.

The buyer is Dover Canyon Plaza LLC, a California private partnership. The seller is Arden Realty Inc., the LA-based REIT that is also the Southland’s largest office landlord.

Frank Kosi of Irvine-based Sperry Van Ness represented both parties in the sale.
