VANCOUVER, WA- EastRidge Business Park in Vancouver has added three new tenants. The tenants leased a total of 10,000 sf. The combined deal value is about $250,000, according to Insignia/ESG, which brokered all three transactions on behalf of the owner, Yearout, Fontenette & Kemper LLC.

Sears, Roebuck and Co. leased 6,800 sf of office and warehouse space. Insignia/ESG Portfolio Manager Sue Iggulden represented Sears, Roebuck and Company on the three year, $156,672 transaction.

Temporary staffing firm Madden Industrial Craftsmen Inc leased 1,200 sf of office space. Insignia/ESG Portfolio Manager Sue Iggulden represented Madden Industrial Craftsmen, Inc. on the five year, $78,480 transaction.

Twenty-First Century E-software, Inc., a local packaging and delivery company, leased 2,000 square feet of office and warehouse space. Insignia/ESG Portfolio Manager Sue Iggulden represented Scott Laney, the owner and operator of Twenty-First Century E-software, Inc., on the eighteen month, $15,840 transaction.

EastRidge Business Park, located at 9604 NE 126th St., consists of 39 leased buildings, three building pad for future development and 17 owner occupied building. It includes on-site management, executive suites, conference facilities, banking and restaurants on-site, and easy access to I-205.
