Bluebonnet Nutrition Takes 32,000-SF Distribution Spot

SUGAR LAND, TX-Bluebonnet Nutrition Corp. is pumping up its Sugar Land operations, signing for another 32,000 sf at the Sugar Land Business Park at 10410 Corporate Dr. in suburb south of Houston.

Bluebonnet Nutrition has its corporate headquarters at 12915 Dairy Ashford in Sugar Land. A source at the Greater Ft. Bend Economic Development Council tells GlobeSt.com that the distribution lease is an expansion for its headquarters location, built about 2 1/2 years ago. Founded in 1991, Bluebonnet sells nutritional supplements such as vitamins and minerals and advanced whole foods.

According to the Greater Ft. Bend Economic Development Council, developers have constructed nearly two million sf of office and industrial space in the area. Job growth in the suburban area has grown as well. The county has seen a 92% increase in employment over the past decade, with the current job count standing at more than 86,390 in Ft. Bend County.
