UNIVERSAL CITY, CA-A company involved in television and movie production has signed a five-year lease valued at nearly $2.3 million for office space here in this entertainment-rich community.

Terms of the lease will provide the tenant, Gener8xion Entertainment, with 18,000 sf at 3400 W. Cahuenga Blvd. The building is owned by Cahuenga Investors LLC, a private investment partnership.

Paul Stockwell, corporate managing director and Will Adams, managing director in Studley’s Downtown LA office, represented the landlord in the transaction. Brad Wilson of Grubb & Ellis represented Gener8xion Entertainment.

In a related transaction, Studley also represented Cahuenga Investors and buyer Coffey Sound in the partnership’s sale of a 6,000-sf building at 3353 W. Cahuenga. Coffey Sound paid $560,000 and has completed a renovation of the property to house its operations.
