CHINO HILLS, CA-Part of a small shopping center here in this Inland Empire community has been sold by a private trust for nearly $3.6 million.

The property is Chino Hills Shopping Center. It stands at the intersection of Chino Hills Parkway and Pipeline Avenue.

The buyer is Ethan Christopher LLC, a California private partnership. The Pic N Sav and 99-Cent Only outlets that stand in the 37,578-sf center were not part of the transaction.

The seller, Roger DeYoung & Don Ayres Jr. Trust, was represented by Jeff Conover and Rich Walter of Faris Lee Investments. The buyer was represented by Gary Grabel of Grabel Financial.
