Scottsdale Retail Sales Close Combined $2.3 Mil in Deals

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-A Scottsdale seller gets more than $1.4 million for a Starbucks/Baja Fresh retail center in his hometown. The buyer hails from Commerce, CA. In a second retail sale, a 10-year owner of a Jack in the Box pulls $925,000 for the 2,632-sf location.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Scottsdale retail sales, totaling about $2.3 million, bring new owners for a Starbuck/Baja Fresh retail center and Jack in the Box.

The two-tenant Starbucks property at 4032 N. Scottsdale Rd. fetched a little more than $1.4 million for seller Sky View Partners LLC of Scottsdale. Arnold Meyerstein, a representative of the Meyerstein Family Trust of Commerce, CA is the buyer. Jamie Medress and David Guido, both of Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, handled both sides of the transaction.

The 2,632-sf Jack in the Box, situated at 8880 E. Via Linda Rd., changed hands in a $925,000 sale to Palo Plesnik & Crystal Huang of Pacific Palisades, CA. Seller Warren W. and Audrey J. Pleskow Trust owned the eatery for the past decade. Jessica Zahn, also of Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, negotiated the sale for buyer and seller.
