LAFAYETTE, CO-NorthMarq Capital has arranged $1.4 million in financing for the 16,630-sf office, research and development building at 1650 Coal Creek Drive in the Lafayette Tech Center in this city near Boulder. The facility was constructed in 1999 and is situated on 1.8 acres.

Kevin Chadwick, assistant vice president of NorthMarq’s Denver office, arranged the financing on behalf of the borrower, Kollmar-Jackson LLP.

NorthMarq, based in Minneapolis, is a national real estate investment banker providing financing for commercial real estate including office, retail, industrial, multifamily and assisted living development. It services a $10-billion portfolio on behalf of 50 institutional investors. It has regional offices in Denver, Los Angeles, Kansas City, Phoenix, St. Louis, Chicago, San Diego, San Francisco, Dallas and Houston.
