DALLAS-Wells Fargo Bank is occupying an extra 10,512 sf on the 44th floor of the landmark Fountain Place in Dallas CBD. The bank’s long-term lease now encompasses 66,147 sf and pushes the class A office building to 98% occupancy.

Building owner Crescent Real Estate Equities Funding X LP used in-house leasing manager Kirby White to negotiate the deal.

The 1.2 million-sf Fountain Place is a design of internationally acclaimed architect I.M. Pei. Built in 1986, the high-rise is located at 1445 Ross Ave. and linked to the city’spedestrian tunnel system.

Wells Fargo, headquartered in San Francisco, is part of a tenant roster that includes lead tenant, Hunt Consolidated, which leases more than 305,000 sf in the premier building. The Jenkens and Gilchrist firm occupies 231,000 sf and the EPA, a bit over 286,500 sf.
