DALLAS- The Dallas office of the Staubach Co. has promoted Karen Loss to vice president of real estate administration of the portfolio services division. Loss, formerly Staubach’s director of real estate administration, oversaw the growth of her department from seven to 62 employees and client base from eight to 25.

Staubach’s current client base totals over 17,000 properties with an aggregate 115 milion sf. Loss has helped clients to save $8.1 million so far this year.

Loss’ new duties as vice president will include new business development, integrating client transition services into the real estate administration team and overseeing staffing and training needs for the largest group within the division.

“Karen’s energy and knowledge are critical factors in the amazing success and growth of our real estate administration team and capabilities,” says Bob Shaver, senior vice president of Staubach’s portfolio services division.
