SAN DIEGO-Cosmetic design work is under way for developer Douglas Manchester’s 34-story Downtown Grand Hyatt hotel.

ISEC Construction Services is drawing up conceptual design and construction plans for the moldings, millwork and other finishing touches for the 34-story, 790,883-sf hotel now under construction at 525 Kettner Blvd.
