CORAL SPRINGS, FL-St. Louis-based Sanson Scenic & Republic LLC and Sanson Vaile LLC have purchased a shopping center at the northeast corner of W. Atlantic Boulevard and Coral Springs Drive from Boston-based National RE/Source Cypress Run Inc. and NRE Financial Holdings LLC, according to Integra Realty Resources, AREEA/South Florida, a Miami real estate research organization.

The selling price was $5.7 million, or $58.44 per sf, almost $740,000 above the assessed value of $4,962,180. Financing was for $5.76 million with US Bank NA, St. Louis.

The 97,528 sf center was built in 1989. The stores sold for $3.2 million in 1993 and $4.02 million in 1997. The total occupied space in the center is 76,767 sf. Vacant space is 9,100 sf. The annual rent roll is $731,147.
