G&W's Recent Leases Top 100,000 SF

FLORHAM PARK, NJ – Gale & Wentworth, the privately held real estate development, investment, construction and services firm based here, recently inked lease transactions totaling 103,634 sf. In the largest of the transactions, the law firm of Wolff & Samson signed a lease renewal for 50,177 sf at 5 Becker Farm Rd. in Roseland, NJ. Jackie Rowe of Cushman & Wakefield of NJ represented the tenant, while Rick Genthe, vice president-leasing, was G&W’s in-house rep.

Also, Diagnostica Stago, Inc. re-upped for just under 20,000 sf at 5 Century Dr. in Parsippany, NJ. Madison Partners represented the tenant, while Tom Conklin, also vice president of leasing, spoke for G&W.

At 20 Waterview Blvd. in Parsippany, meanwhile, Paxonix Corp. signed a long-term lease for 15,508 sf of space. In this case, Newmark JGT of NJ represented Paxonix, while Conklin again represented the property owner.

In other recent lease transactions, TRC Environmental Corp. took space at G&W’s 1200 Wall Street West in Lyndhurst; and Vio Inc. signed a long-term lease at 3 Becker Farm Rd. Finally, Lincoln Investment Planning renewed its lease at 100 Campus Dr. in Florham Park, NJ; and McRae Capital Management, Inc. relocated and expanded to 4,379 sf within 100 Campus Dr.
