SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Peter Piper Inc. has signed a long-term lease for a corporate headquarters relocation from central Scottsdale to the northern tier. The 75-month lease for 14,481 sf is valued at nearly $2 million.

Peter Piper, the pizza chain operator, will relocate April 1, Jim Watkins of Lee & Associates Arizona, tells GlobeSt.com. The new address is a 107,000-sf class A Ryan Corporate Center, located at 14635 N. Kerland Blvd. in the 700-acre, master-planned community of Kierland. Peter Piper is moving into space that has been dormant since the building’s completion nearly a year ago.

Watkins represented the tenant. Tom Adelson, Jim Fijan, Jerry Roberts and Kevin Calihan, all of CB Richard Ellis Inc.’s Phoenix office, handle the negotiations for building owner, Ryan, Travelers Kierland LLC.

In nearby Tempe, Lee & Associates Stein Koss and Jerry Marrell represented both sides of the transaction in a deal between Shaw Precision Grinding and building owner, Blackacre Properties Ltd. The manufacturer has taken a spot n the I-10 Industrial Park, located at 1700 W. Drake.
