Cendant Builds 175,000-SF Addition to its Campus

MT. LAUREL, NJ-When the class A building is completed in about a year, the mortgage company will occupy 650,000 sf at Bishop's Gate Corporate Center.

MT. LAUREL, NJ-Cendant Mortgage has broken ground for a 175,000-sf, three-story, class A office building at 4001 Leadenhall Rd. in Bishop’s Gate Corporate Center. The facility is expected to be completed in about a year in this South Jersey community.

The project is being built by Bishop’s Gate’s owner/developer, Liberty Property Trust. The Malvern, PA-based company has its New Jersey offices in Marlton, also in the southern part of the state.

Cendant Mortgage already has a significant presence in Bishop’s Gate Corporate Center. When the new building is completed, it will combine with two nearby existing buildings to bring the company’s space to more than 650,000 sf. Cendant will use the new building to house employees that will be moved here from other facilities, and “to accommodate new growth,” according to a company spokesperson.
