Haircolorxpress Signs $2.38 Mil Worth of Leases

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Locally based Haircolorxpress International LLC has signed $2.38 million worth of multi-year leases to open five salons totaling 8,772 sf in Florida.

In Wellington, a West Palm Beach suburb, the firm signed a 10-year lease with TJ Palm Beach Associates Ltd. for 1,303 sf at the Mall at Wellington Green on State Road 441 and Forest Hill Boulevard for $68,746 per year or $52.76 per sf, one of the highest retail rents in Florida.

In Lauderhill, Haircolorxpress signed a five-year lease with Woolbright Universal Plaza Ltd. for 1,600 sf at Universal Plaza at University Drive and Commercial Boulevard for $40,768 per year or $25.48 per sf.

In Boca Raton, the firm signed a 10-year lease with Compson St. Andrews Associates for 2,265 sf at Saint Andrews Plaza, located outside the Town Center Mall for $92,419 per year or $40.80 per sf.

In Fort Myers, Haircolorxpress has signed a 10-year lease with Bhanu T. Patel Trust for 2,134 sf at The Villas Plaza on U.S. 41 for $35,958 per year or $16.85 per sf.

And in Orlando, the firm is taking 1,470 sf at the Shoppes at Hunter’s Creek, 13744 South John Young Parkway, for $40,583 per year or $27.61 per sf. The five-year lease is with Hoffman Hunter’s Creek Inc.
