Binswanger/CBB Arranges Sale of 73,659-SF Industrial Property

GREENWOOD, MS-Philadelphia-based Binswanger/CBB arranges the sale of a 73,659-sf industrial property here. Buyer is the John Richard Collection, a home-furnishings company.

GREENWOOD, MS-Locally based furniture and accessory firm the John Richard Collection has completed its purchase of a 73,659-sf industrial property here. The seller was industrial manufacturer Crane Co, a distributor of plumbing supplies and HVAC equipment.

John Morgan of Philadelphia-based commercial real estate firm Binswanger/CBB represented Crane in the transaction. John Richard Collection was self-represented. Details of the sale were not released.

According to John Richard Collection vice president Shane Malouf, the firm bought the warehouse/manufacturing facility “because it was a good price.” Malouf tells GlobeSt.com that he is looking for a single tenant to occupy the space on a net lease basis.
