Courier Service Closes 10,500-SF W. Houston Pact

HOUSTON-Houston-based Data Rush Couriers is leasing 10,500 sf of industrial space at Post Oak Business Center at 1298 North Post Oak Rd. in west Houston near US Highway 10.

Ron Roberson of Houston-based Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group represented Data Rush Couriers in the lease transaction. Building owner ProLogis Trust used in-house representative Art Barkley to handle its end of the lease negotiations.

Post Oak Business Center was constructed in 1980. It has two loading docks and a 14-foot clear height. Data Rush Couriers provides a range of services, including same-day delivery to Houston businesses. The 32-year-old company has its main address at 730 North Post Oak Rd.

In an unrelated office lease transaction, the System Shop has leased 1,607 sf at One Northchase Park at 4201 FM 1960 West in the Champions-FM 1960 northwest Houston area. Mary Descant of Caldwell Watson represented the building owner, Cornerstone Northchase Venture LP in the lease.
